Refund & Cancellation Policy
1. Applicability
This policy applies to all paid services, subscriptions, and retainers offered by Baqbenchers.
2. Cancellations
Services in progress: Partial refunds may be issued based on the amount of work completed at the time of cancellation.
Non-refundable: Any work already delivered or external costs incurred, including but not limited to hosting, domains, and third-party licenses, are non-refundable.
3. Refund Process
Refund requests must be initiated by emailing hello@baqbenchers.in along with the relevant invoice and proof of payment.
All requests are reviewed within 7 business days from the date of receipt.
4. Timeline
Approved refunds will be processed within 10 business days following confirmation.
5. Disputes
Any disputes arising from payments, cancellations, or refunds shall be resolved through arbitration prior to initiating any proceedings in government courts.
